The 3250V series are high-flow high-pressure plunger pumps. They feature high pressure, reliable performance, low noise, slight pulsation, low rotating speed and stable operation, with easy and labor-saving part replacement.
The power end adopts an export-style housing and forced lubrication system. Power transmission between the high-speed shaft and crankshaft is realized via herringbone gears, which ensures smooth and stable operation, low friction coefficient, superior lubrication, low noise and low temperature rise. The pumps are ideal for long-term continuous operation.
The fluid end is designed with imported technology, boasting compact structure, easy maintenance and dependable performance. They are widely used for water jet cleaning in various industries, as well as descaling of condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, boilers and other tubular equipment in chemical plants, sugar refineries and power plants. Other applications include spunlace nonwoven production, high-pressure descaling systems, water atomization for powder making, water and chemical agent injection in oilfields, and serving as the ground power source for hydraulic piston pumps and other large-flow equipment.
