Product Description

Manufactured with advanced introduced technology, the 3090UH series high-pressure plunger pumps feature compact structure, small size, light weight and high efficiency.
The power end adopts export-type housing with forced lubrication. Herringbone gear transmission is applied between the high-speed shaft and crankshaft, delivering stable and reliable transmission, low friction coefficient, superior lubrication performance, low noise and low temperature rise of the power end, which enables long-time continuous operation.
The hydraulic end adopts German imported technology, featuring reasonable structure design, easy maintenance and stable performance.
It is widely used in high-pressure water jet cleaning, metal cutting, shipyard paint removal and rust cleaning, as well as scale removal and cleaning of condensers, heat exchangers, evaporation tanks, boilers and various tanks and kettles in chemical plants, sugar factories, power plants and other industries. It is also applicable to concrete breaking. This pump can convey clean water, emulsion and other water-like liquids.
