Product Description
The 3160 series is a high-pressure plunger pump manufactured with advanced imported technology. Its power end adopts an export-grade housing and is equipped with a forced lubrication system. The crankshaft and connecting rod are fitted with newly developed bearing bushes that feature high strength, excellent lubricity and low friction coefficient, enabling the pump to operate continuously for extended periods.
A diaphragm-type safety valve is adopted, which breaks under overpressure conditions to ensure simple, safe and reliable operation. The hydraulic end applies imported German technology for stable and durable performance.
This pump is widely applicable in various industries, including water jet cleaning, scale removal and cleaning of condensers, heat exchangers, evaporation tanks, boilers and all types of tank and kettle equipment in chemical plants, sugar factories and power plants. It is also suitable for powder metallurgy, high-pressure water jet-assisted rock and coal breaking, as well as pressure testing for test benches, rubber hoses, metal pipes, valves and oilfield drilling wellhead equipment.
