Function Description
The 3160 Series pump is a high-pressure plunger pump manufactured using advanced imported technology. The power end adopts an export-grade casing with forced lubrication. The crankshaft and connecting rods utilize a newly developed bearing bush structure featuring high strength, high lubricity, and low friction coefficient, making it more suitable for long-term continuous operation. The safety valve is of a diaphragm type, which ruptures upon overpressure, offering simplicity, safety, and reliability. All models are equipped with an explosion-proof motor. The fluid end incorporates German imported technology.

The pump is suitable for various industrial applications such as coal seam water injection in mines, roof pre-splitting, and pipeline cleaning for material conveying lines. It can deliver clean water, emulsions, as well as other chemically compatible liquids, and can serve as a versatile power source for multiple purposes.
