Function Description
The 3200 Series is a high-flow, high-pressure plunger pump series featuring high pressure, safety and reliability, low noise, low pulsation, low rotational speed, stable operation, and effortless maintenance with time-saving design. The power end adopts an export-grade casing with forced lubrication.

The high-speed shaft and crankshaft utilize herringbone gear transmission, offering smooth and reliable operation, low friction coefficient, high lubrication performance, low noise, and low temperature rise in the power end, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. The fluid end incorporates imported technology, featuring a rational design, easy maintenance, and reliable operation. It is ideal for various industrial water jet cleaning applications, including descaling and cleaning of condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, boilers, and other tanks/kettles in chemical plants, sugar mills, power plants, etc. It is also suitable for spunlace nonwoven fabric production, steel descaling, water atomized powder manufacturing, secondary and tertiary oil recovery water injection and agent injection, ground power source for hydraulic piston pumps, and other applications requiring high-flow equipment. The pump can deliver room-temperature clean water, emulsions, and liquids with chemical properties similar to clean water. It serves as a versatile power source for multiple purposes.
