Function Description
The 3160 Series pump is a high-pressure plunger pump manufactured using advanced imported technology. The power end adopts an export-grade casing with forced lubrication. The crankshaft and connecting rods utilize a newly developed bearing bush structure featuring high strength, high lubricity, and low friction coefficient, making it more suitable for long-term continuous operation. The safety valve is of a diaphragm type, which ruptures upon overpressure, offering simplicity, safety, and reliability. The fluid end incorporates German imported technology.

The pump is suitable for various industrial water jet cleaning applications, including descaling and cleaning of condensers, heat exchangers, evaporators, boilers, and other tanks/vessels in chemical plants, sugar mills, power plants, etc. It is also applicable for powder metallurgy, high-pressure water jet-assisted rock breaking and coal cutting, test benches, pressure testing of hoses, metal pipes, valves, and oilfield wellhead equipment, as well as other applications requiring high-pressure water jets. The pump can deliver clean water, emulsions, and other chemically compatible liquids, and can serve as a versatile power source for multiple purposes.
